Health and safety requirements

Esri is committed to protecting the health and safety of our attendees, exhibitors, employees, and presenters. We follow the established protocols from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and World Health Organization (WHO) and ask that all in-person event attendees do the same. Esri will continue to assess the evolving public health guidance regarding large gatherings and adapt accordingly. These guidelines are subject to US government and local rules and regulations.   • Esri account with unique email address

    All attendees will need to have their own Esri account (such as an ArcGIS Online public account) with their own unique email address. While a public account can accommodate multiple email addresses, our online registration platform cannot. You can create a free Esri account if you do not have one already.

  • Proof of vaccination

    To register and attend in-person events, proof of vaccination is required. Esri supports the use of Health Pass by CLEAR app, where attendees can provide their vaccination status for registration and have a quick and easy way to show proof of vaccination.
